Alpha1Health.com is a patient-centric informational site for a rare disease called Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Deficiency. Despite being largely informational, its also the online centerpoint for information about ARALAST NP, Baxter Healthcare Corporation's therapy for Alpha-1. The site therefore had to effectively communicate the benefits of ARALAST NP while simultaneously serving the community and catering to patients at all stages of therapy.
By focusing on specific patient advocates, the site strikes a personal and friendly tone that helps to foster trust among patients. Interior pages have been carefully constructed so that the information is easily digested and other topics and resources are readily available.
